Down to Golf is a platform designed to help golfers coordinate tee times and connect with other players. We do not guarantee the availability of tee times or the conduct of other users.
IMPORTANT: Down to Golf is NOT responsible for any injuries, accidents, property damage, or disputes that occur during a golf game or at a golf course coordinated through our platform.
You participate in games coordinated via this Service at your own risk. Courses and playing conditions are the sole responsibility of the respective golf course management.
Users are expected to maintain "Spirit of the Game" etiquette. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that engage in harassment, spam, or misleading behavior.
We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
